Like television…if you REALLY don’t like the topic, CHANGE the channel. Nobody is taping your eyelids open and has you bound to a chair in front of TBN….

I think the term “shoving it down my throat” should sometimes be substituted with “passing over my voluntary ears”

I do believe you stated that quite nicely…and accurately. They like to use a double standard on here. They love to dish out hate and blaspheme the things of God, but if a Christian says the least little thing they object to (which is everything) they attack and mock them. God’s word is as powerful as a two-edged sword, and it convicts people of sin. Guess that’s a little hard to swallow.
