Thunder Tunes Program
Founded after the inaugural 2007 season, The Thunder Tunes Program was created to give the local music programs to an opportunity to display their talents at a professional football game, as well as raise awareness for musical appreciation in our schools . The program also serves as a fundraiser for the schools, as a percentage of the tickets sold by the students will be donated back to the respective institution’s band. Local bands will able to play the national anthem before the game, as well as a few selections throughout the game. The goal of the Thunder Tunes program is to allow the community to appreciate the abilities of their own youth, while contributing to the progression of their overall learning development.
The Thunder is committed to making our partnership with your school the most successful partnership possible. We are willing to donate our name and logos to be used for any additional fundraiser methods, whether it be for banners and flyers or commemorative t-shirts. We will do all we can on our end to make your performance night an unforgettable experience, and hopefully it can become an annual event for your school.
If your school has any interest in taking part of the Thunder Tunes program, please contact Toby Atkins at (972) 731-6968.
